You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. egp88 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify compliance.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on egp88. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
All transactions on egp88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are subject to processing timelines.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by offer and are stated in full in each promotion's specific terms.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which egp88 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of that jurisdiction.
In this agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To open and maintain an Account with egp88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or indirectly — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. egp88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 egp88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

5.1 All deposits are accepted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by egp88, though individual bank or e-wallet transaction limits apply.
5.2 egp88 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account automatically upon confirmation of receipt. In the rare event of a delay, Players should contact support with proof of transfer before the transaction can be investigated.
5.4 egp88 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method used must match the verified name on your egp88 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are subject to full refund and may trigger additional KYC procedures.
5.5 egp88 does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which egp88 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 All withdrawals require completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts regardless of balance.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. egp88 may require additional verification if a Player requests a withdrawal to a different account.
6.4 Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows (measured from the point of approval, subject to bank operating hours):

6.6 Any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud detection procedures may be placed on hold pending additional review. egp88 will notify the Player within 24 hours of such a hold being applied.
7.1 egp88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and VIP tier rewards. The availability, value, and conditions of each offer are published at the time of the promotion.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:
7.3 Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only. egp88 may exclude certain Players from specific promotions at its discretion, including Players who have activated responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion periods.
7.4 Football Accumulator Boost promotions: a 50% boost on net winnings from qualifying football accumulator bets applies under the conditions published at the time. A minimum of four selections, minimum odds of 1.50 per leg, and a maximum boost value of Rp 5.000.000 per ticket apply unless otherwise stated.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on egp88 are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of every selection before confirming a bet.
8.2 Sports betting markets — including Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, BTTS, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) — are subject to the specific sports rules applicable to each market. egp88 publishes sport-specific rules within the sportsbook interface.
8.3 In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, egp88 will follow standard industry settlement rules. Where a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will typically stand. Where a match is cancelled or rescheduled beyond 48 hours, all stakes will be refunded.
8.4 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on egp88 are sourced from the official authorised draw operators. egp88 does not control draw outcomes.
8.5 In the event of a technical error that causes a game to be interrupted, egp88 will make reasonable efforts to settle bets based on the state of play at the time of interruption. Where this is not possible, affected stakes will be refunded.
8.6 egp88 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed on the basis of information not publicly available at the time the market was opened (i.e., insider information).
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
10.1 All content on the egp88 Platform — including but not limited to the egp88 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of egp88 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Game titles, studio names, and associated trademarks — including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the property of their respective owners.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egp88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
11.2 egp88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 egp88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We employ industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
11.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds wagered. egp88 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
12.1 egp88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 egp88 will share Player data with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by law, court order, or as part of an anti-money laundering or fraud investigation.
12.3 egp88 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third-party marketers. Game providers may receive transaction data necessary to deliver and settle game results as part of normal platform operations.
13.1 egp88 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Any Bonus Funds will be immediately forfeited. egp88 will notify you of the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable period.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money Balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC. Any unconverted Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
13.4 Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through the Responsible Gaming tools may not close their Account to circumvent that period. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.
14.1 egp88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice published on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the new terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
14.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time a particular transaction occurs will govern that transaction. egp88 maintains a version archive available on request through the support team.
15.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which egp88 holds its international gaming licence. The choice of governing law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights to which you may be entitled under the laws of your country of residence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact the egp88 support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. egp88 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
15.4 Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
